Instructor Training

Exclusive Group Classes

Customize your own schedule with your own group. Build your own group of no more than 6 people at our studio. Like our Pilates Mat classes, the Private Groups will be lead through a reasonable progression of exercises. All equipment will be incorporated into the classes.

Offsite Training / Corporate & Small Workplace Classes

Too busy to leave the office or home? We'll come to you! It could be private or semi-private or small to big groups and we will come to you. Like our Pilates Classes, the Off-Site classes will be lead through a reasonable progression of exercises. The classes will incorporate Mat and light equipment and we will work to your schedules and needs.
