Our private sessions offer a fully personalized Pilates experience, tailored specifically to your goals, needs, and abilities. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve mobility, recover from injury, or enhance athletic performance, one-on-one instruction ensures faster, safer, and more effective results. >
Private training is ideal for everyone—from beginners and post-rehab clients to seasoned athletes—thanks to precise modifications and targeted progressions. You’ll benefit from full access to all our specialized equipment, including the Reformer, V2 Max Plus/Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels, Barre, TRX, and a wide variety of small apparatus for a fun, varied, and challenging workout every time.
Private sessions are also a great way to build a strong foundation before transitioning into group classes.

Semi-Private Pilates Session (2–3 participants)
Perfect for couples, friends, or family members, our semi-private sessions offer more personalized attention than a group class, while still enjoying the motivation and fun of working out together. > Whether you share similar goals or are at different fitness levels, these sessions are tailored to meet individual needs within a small group setting.
Semi-privates are scheduled at your convenience and offer excellent value compared to one-on-one training. They're a great way to stay accountable, encourage one another, and even add a little friendly competition to your workouts.
You'll have access to our full range of specialized Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, V2 Max Plus/Cadillac, Stability Chair, Barrels, Barre, TRX, and other small apparatus for varied, engaging, and results-driven sessions.
These sessions are also an excellent way to build a strong foundation before transitioning into group classes.

Reformer – Beginner
Step onto the Reformer with confidence in Reformer - Beginner — a supportive, feel-good class that helps you build strength from the inside out. With a focus on mindful movement, core stability, and proper technique, it’s the perfect starting point for anyone new to Pilates, returning to fitness, transitioning from matwork, or who’s only taken a few Reformer classes. Discover the power of movement and leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized.
*This class is the essential first step before advancing to all other Reformer classes.

Reformer – Intermediate
Step up your fitness game with our energizing Reformer - Intermediate class! Designed for those ready to move beyond the basics, this medium-to-high intensity session blends the power of the Reformer with small props and a jumpboard to keep things fresh, fun, and fiercely effective. Challenge your balance, fire up your core, and unlock strength from head to toe. With flowing sequences, precise breathing, and full-body movement, you’ll leave feeling stronger, longer, and more in control than ever.

Led by a skilled instructor, you’ll push strength, flexibility, and endurance to the edge using the Reformer and occasional props. Leave feeling unstoppable—aligned, energized, and stronger than ever.

Reformer & Mat – ABSolute
Experience the ultimate Pilates ABS workout in our Reformer & Mat Fusion class! This dynamic session blends the core-strengthening power of Mat Pilates with the resistance and flow of the Reformer, plus a variety of props to challenge your body in new ways. You'll move through energizing sequences that target strength, flexibility, and control — leaving you feeling balanced, strong, and completely refreshed.

Reformer Tower
Take your Pilates to the next level with our Reformer with Tower—a powerful combination of Reformer and Cadillac-style Tower in one dynamic machine. This class offers everything you love about Reformer Pilates, plus the added challenge and variety of vertical resistance.
You’ll move through a full-body workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, builds flexibility, and supports joint health. The Tower adds a whole new dimension, allowing for upright, functional exercises and deeper stretches that you can’t do on a Reformer alone.

Reformer - Booty Boost

This high-energy Reformer Pilates class is all about the booty—with targeted moves that activate, shape, and strengthen your backside from every angle. We’ll turn up the intensity using resistance springs plus props like booty bands, Pilates rings, and mini balls to elevate your burn and boost your results. Expect deep muscle engagement, feel-good vibes, and serious lower-body sculpting. All levels welcome — just bring your booty and we’ll do the rest.
